KitaReel Inc. ("KitaReel", "we") provides the KitaReel app and related services (the "Service"). This policy explains what limited information we handle and your choices.

1. Information We Handle

We collect only what is needed to run the Service. We do not collect location, contacts, microphone, or camera data.

• Account & sign-in: if you create or sign in to an account (including guest access), we use basic account identifiers such as a user ID, optional email, and third-party login IDs from Google or Apple when you choose those sign-in options.
• Service use: information needed to play content, keep you signed in, and show your in-app progress (such as watch history or favorites) while your account is active.
• Purchases: if you buy coins or VIP, we receive order and subscription status from Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Support: if you contact us, we use the message you send and any contact details you provide.

2. How We Use It

• Provide and maintain the Service (streaming, login, purchases, and account features).
• Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support requests.
• Meet legal and tax requirements for payment records where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We may share limited information only with:

• Google / Apple — when you sign in or pay through their platforms (their policies apply).
• Service providers — hosting and video delivery needed to operate the app.
• Authorities — when required by law.

4. Retention & Deletion

We keep information only while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account), we remove or anonymize personal identifiers (such as email, login bindings, and device linkage).

Payment records may be kept as required by law. Deleting your account does not cancel Google Play or App Store subscriptions — cancel those in your store account settings.

5. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always at this page. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
